About villa

Villa Marulovo hills is a modern 4-star villa located above a beautiful beach, close to UNESCO city of Trogir, perfectly located above a smaller place, with a stunning overview of the surrounding area. This designed house is fully equipped for 8 persons, including swimming pool, Jacuzzi , gym, sauna, TV and bathroom in each room, all accompanied with 3 beautiful terraces in peaceful part of Ciovo peninsula. Beach is nearby, but jet the house is surrounded with green Mediterranean surrounding.

The space

A lovely designed villa, from outside & inside, on the small hill above the beach. Surrounded with forest from one side and beautiful sea view from the other. Just 400m from the sea, have Your vacation in peace but yet close to lovely city of Trogir (2km), Split (25km).

Guest access

Starting from Gym on ground floor, sauna and bathroom, climbing to 1st floor with hanging pool, outside shower, terrace, fireplace & barbecue, toilet, living room and kitchen. On the same level but behind the house there are 3 parking places. Climbing up will get You to 2nd floor with 3 bedrooms, each with private bathroom & TV, and from corridor You can access to a balcony with Jacuzzi / hot tub. Beautiful view from there. On top of all there are stairs leading to roof, which is a large relaxing place used for sunbathing, chilling out or even open sleeping ;) View from top is amazing, covering all of the bay in one. You definitely need to spent some time on the roof terrace, it is unique.

Neighborhood overview

Although it has excellent view and it is not far from the sea, the area is peacefull, with green forest around the villa.

Getting around

Private Parking is available on the premises, not far from the house there are boat lines that can get You in center of Trogir, from where You can get where ever You want to go visit & explore.
